Multi-Family On-Call Clean Up Program

The multi-family tenant on-call clean-up program is designed to provide tenants of multi-family dwellings (5+ units) with a convenient, cost effective collection option for surplus or unwanted household items that cannot be collected through the City’s three-cart/bin weekly collection services. Tenants have the opportunity to schedule, at their convenience, the removal of single bulky items such as furniture and appliances or a packaged-service that includes removal of up to 2-cubic yards of household items, and up to three bulky items.
