Standard Service: Start Service Billing Only - Application for starting residential service with carts already on site. Start Service Cart Delivery - Application for starting residential service with cart delivery. Stop Service - Application for stopping residential service. Multi-Family Residential Service: Order Bin - Application packet for new customers. Order Bin - Application for existing customers. Commercial Service: Order Commercial Bin - Application packet for new customers. Order Commercial Bin - Application for existing customers. Debris Box Service: Order Debris Box - Application packet for new customers. Order Debris Box - Application for existing customers. Additional Service: On Premise Collection ($3.40 per month per cart) - However, the service is free to residents providing proof of a physical inability to transport the carts. Discounts: Senior Discount (15%) - Must be 65 and over and show proof of age (I.D. or Driver's license). LIRA (low income) Discount (15%) - Must show proof of income. Discounts cannot be combined. Exemption: Vacant Property - Must submit a copy of latest water or electric bill establishing discontinuation of service. Payment Methods: Direct Payment Authorization Form - Application for Direct Payment/Automatic Bill Payment. Recurring Credit Card Payment Authorization Form - Application for recurring credit card payment. |
